Delivery Information

Delivery Dates 

We are sending orders out 4 times a week, on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Please bear in mind there may be delays to your order on Bank Holiday weekends or due to severe weather conditions and the current Covid restrictions, which may cause some delay with Royal Mail. Please also take into account Royal mail strikes as these can cause a delay in receiving your order.

Postage Costs

The price of delivery will depend on the weight of your items purchased.
Lehngas & Suits are a higher delivery cost due to weight. And please note we also charge for packinging. 

Royal Mail 1st class - This is not guaranteed next day, and can arrive between 1-5 working days. 

Royal Mail 2nd class - Your order will arrive approximately 3-7 working days from the date of order. However can take up to 10 working days. 

If your order is urgent and you would like special delivery then please do call our Boutique, within our opening hours. You can then pay extra to upgrade your delivery. 

 
Pick Up In Store

You can now choose the 'Pick Up In Store' option when you checkout. Your order can they be collected in store or by someone you know. Please do quote the full name and order when picking up in store.
