Nims Boutique – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nims Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring that all of our customers feel valued and treated fairly. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges and store credit for eligible items. You may also request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, minus a £1.99 admin fee.
FREE Exchanges & Store Credit
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@nimsboutique.com.
- You can swap for a different size/style or get store credit valid for 6 months.
- If swapping for another item, you’ll cover postage to send your return and postage for your new item. Please return within 14 days of purchase.
- Store credit will be emailed within 5 working days after we receive your return.
- Store credit cannot be extended past the 6-month expiry date.
Refunds
- Return within 14 days of delivery (including if delivered to a neighbour).
- £1.99 admin fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original postage cost is not refunded.
- You pay return postage.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- Please include your details in the return package
- If the item is damaged, worn or altered your refund will not be authorised
How to return for a refund:
- Email info@nimsboutique.com with:
- Name & order number
- Contact number
- Condition of item (worn/washed/altered?)
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d prefer an exchange or store credit instead
- Wait for confirmation before sending your item back.
- Post your return to:
28-30 Market Street, Leicester, LE1 6DP - Use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Tracked.
- Include your name and order details inside the parcel.
If your return arrives after 14 days, we can only offer an exchange or store credit. (and within 30 days)
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Check your order as soon as it arrives.
- Report any damage/faults within 7 days of delivery.
- Email info@nimsboutique.com with photos so we can assess.
- We’ll arrange an exchange or repair
- If you need to send it back, we’ll reimburse 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail postage.
- Please include your details in the return parcel
In-Store Purchases
- Check your item before leaving the store and report faults within 7 days.
- Returns made within 14 days qualify for an exchange or 6-month store credit.
- A receipt must be provided to process the exchange
Exclusions
- Sale items, jewellery, previously exchanged goods.
- Anything worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items sold as faulty cannot be returned.
- If your details are not provided in the parcel, we will be unable to process the return.
- If the returned item is received after 14 days of receipt, only an exchange or credit note can be provided.
- If the returned item is received over 30 days after receipt, we are unable to provide a refund, exchange or credit note.
All Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
